Made using cow's milk fed with purslane in the province of Kars, in the eastern region of Turkey, aged kashar cheese is distinguished from other cheddars in terms of flavor. It contains only rock salt and shirden yeast, no additives are used. After resting for 9 to 12 months, it adds flavor to our tables.
