At the first light of the day, the milk of the sheep, goats and cows grazing on the pastures full of rich flora of Ezine, Ayvacık and Bayramiç regions is milked.
Our milk, which is brought to the production facility, is first cleaned with the help of a Clarifier machine and brought to hygiene values.
